Tenant Advisors Inc., a Chicago office space tenant representation firm, was established in order to give tenants more leverage in their Chicago commercial real estate lease and sale transactions. We believe Chicago office space tenants should receive unbiased advice, up-to-the-minute market information and aggressive representation in negotiations.
It is our steadfast policy to never represent landlords or developers. This eliminates any conflict that can result from trying to represent the interests of both sides. It also ensures that our loyalties lie solely with you. This approach, combined with our extensive experience, proven expertise and dedication to client service, sets us apart from other brokerages.
David A. Ven Horst and Thomas G. Koelzer formed Tenant Advisors Inc. in April 2004. Their vision was to give Chicago office space tenants a powerful advocate, by providing them expert office tenant representation in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. Today, Tenant Advisors is acknowledged as a leader in tenant advocacy for the Chicago commercial real estate marketplace.
Prior to co-founding Tenant Advisors Inc., David and Tom were First Vice Presidents at CB Richard Ellis, where they started their real estate careers in the Chicago office in 1986. Together they have completed over 1,200 Chicago commercial real estate lease and sale transactions.
