Tom Koelzer, Partner and Co-Founder of Tenant Advisors, Inc., has been representing Chicago office tenants on an exclusive basis since 1986. Prior to opening the firm in 2004, Tom was a First Vice President with CBRE. Tom has rapidly grown the business and has earned a reputation for aggressively pursuing clients’ interests and achieving superior results. Tom is a proud graduate of the University of Michigan Ann Arbor with a degree in Business Administration. He currently lives in Barrington, Illinois with his wife, Julie, and two sons, Tommy and Michael. When not sharing his knowledge in the commercial tenant representation field, Tom enjoys taking part in activities such as golf, camping and spending time with family.
